"Personal Recruiting vs. Online Recruiting" at Recent Vector Marketing Corporation Conference

While many companies rely exclusively on online or social recruiting to attract quality workers when they apply for jobs online, one company focuses on doing it the old-fashioned way – through personal recruiting.
