While many companies rely exclusively on online or social recruiting to attract quality workers when they apply for jobs online, one company focuses on doing it the old-fashioned way – through personal recruiting.
That was one of the themes at Vector Marketing Corporation's recent Strategic Leadership Conference in Chicago. Vector Marketing is the single-level direct sales division of Cutco Cutlery Corporation.
